- The site may use self-hosted, cookie-free Umami analytics for page views and named interactions.
- Booking form contents and payment details are not sent to analytics.
- Protected manager functions may use essential session cookies.
Terms of use
AirportNhaTrang.com is an independent passenger guide and booking service, separate from the airport operator.
- Use the airport operator and your airline for current operational information.
- Flights, hours, facilities, third-party prices and rules can change; current operational sources take priority.
- No flight, queue time, visa, admission or authority outcome is guaranteed.
Fast Track service terms
Applies to the CXR meet-and-assist service.
- A request is confirmed only after availability is checked and full payment is received.
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled flight time.
- Arrival $60 · VIP Arrival $75 · Departure $75 · VIP Departure $95. Prices are in USD per passenger; every passenger pays the same rate.
- Passengers must provide accurate details and remain responsible for passports, visas/e-visas, customs and airline rules.
- The standard Arrival Fast Track may still have a queue during busy flight periods; only VIP Arrival Fast Track includes the special diplomatic line with zero queue. Fast Track cannot bypass mandatory procedures or authority decisions.
- Cancellation outside of 7 days of purchased service will result in a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation within 7 days of purchased service will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Failure to board or attend, change of date or cancellation within 48 hours of purchased service will result in full amount charge. A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method used for the original payment.
- Events outside the provider’s control include flight disruption, airport closure, natural events and authority decisions.
